Scope and regulatory position
Mezzarion operates across mining, trade, and investment engagements under defined mandates and internal controls.
Mezzarion does not hold client funds and does not present itself as a regulated deposit-taking institution. Where financial instruments, settlement rails, escrow structures, or bank-issued instruments are involved, delivery and settlement occur through the relevant banking and legal channels, subject to counterparty due diligence, documentary standards, and acceptance rules.

Screening
Sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening to identify initial risk flags. -
KYB/KYC verification
Corporate documents, beneficial ownership checks (where applicable), and verification steps. -
Decisioning & escalation
Approve / enhanced due diligence / decline, including legal escalation where required. -
Ongoing monitoring
Event-driven rechecks and periodic refresh where risk level requires.
Note: timelines vary by jurisdiction, ownership complexity, and risk level. Higher-risk profiles may require enhanced due diligence and may be declined.
