We operate a strict separation between service delivery and binding transaction execution / value movement. If your matter becomes binding, it is handed off into the appropriate Mezzarion execution rails under our transaction controls.

To protect delivery quality and prevent noise, Mezzarion uses a two-step intake model:
Step 1 — Quick pre-intake
A short submission to capture minimum identity + request snapshot. No delivery is performed at this step; we only determine whether to invite a deep dive.
Step 2 — Deep dive intake
If invited, you submit structured details, documents, and declarations so we can make a formal eligibility decision and define scope cleanly.
Possible outcomes after deep dive: Proceed / Proceed with constraints / Hold pending information / Decline.

What happens after you submit
If your request is eligible, you will be assigned a reference handle for controlled tracking and communication (identity-anchored and audit-ready). Mezzarion uses BCID-first identity anchoring, with service cases logged under SRID and relationship profiles handled under CAID (provisional until engagement terms are accepted).
Where finance-related support is requested, Mezzarion provides structuring/coordination/readiness/documentation only. Escrow/custody/bank instrument issuance is executed by regulated institutions only.

Documentation & Compliance
All opportunities are screened for legitimacy, ownership transparency, authority to transact, and rights adequacy. We do not progress opportunities that rely on:
