If eligible, we send a Deep Dive form and issue your Mezzarion references (BCID/SRID/CAID-Provisional)
If approved, we issue an Engagement Letter / SOW and deliver under controlled scope
Boundary notice: Mezzarion provides coordination, readiness, structuring support, and documentation. Where escrow or bank instruments are required, these are executed by regulated institutions. Mezzarion does not hold client funds.
