Buyer Registration & Intent

This is the single entry point for buyer engagement with Mezzarion. We review complete, bank-readable submissions only. Step 1 requires:

1. A signed LOI/ICPO, and

2. A consolidated Buyer KYC Pack. Incomplete submissions are closed without follow-up to avoid wasted cycles. Intermediaries must not submit this form as the buyer. If you are introducing a buyer, use the Intermediary submission route.
