Investment Opportunities
For asset owners and sponsors submitting mining assets, infrastructure, real estate, operating companies, or special situations for potential investment or structured financing.
Workflow
Intake → minimum proof pack screening → stage-gated diligence (data room) → investment decision routing.
Intermediaries / Introducers
For mandate holders, scouts, brokers, and introducers bringing opportunities across trade, mining assets, and investment.
Hard rule
No onboarding pack = no NCNDA, no access, no payee eligibility.
Mezzarion uses Mezzarion-controlled documents and screening.
Workflow
MAP-0 onboarding → Mezzarion NCNDA/IMFPA (where applicable) → MAP-1 opportunity submission.
