Purpose
Mezzarion operates bank-grade systems across trade, mining, investment, and platform delivery. Vendor engagement must therefore be controlled, verifiable, and evidence-based.
This standard exists to prevent:

informal engagements based on claims rather than proof

misrepresentation and delivery failure
-
payment diversion and opaque fee routing
-
reputational harm through unauthorised association
These standards apply to any external vendor (company or individual contractor) seeking to provide services to Mezzarion or any Mezzarion subsidiary.
Mezzarion may onboard vendors across the following domains:
Trade & Logistics
Freight, customs/ports, warehousing/bonded custody, inspection/assay/labs, security, insurance/risk.
Finance & Capital Support
Trade finance support, forfaiting/discounting support, escrow administration support, payments/treasury infrastructure.
Mining & Resources
Exploration/geophysics/drilling, mine contractors, EPC/processing, metallurgy, HSE/ESG/permitting.
Institutional & Professional Services
Legal, accounting/audit/tax, corporate services, consulting, recruitment, communications, training.
Real Economy Platforms
Construction/infrastructure, healthcare, education, agriculture, manufacturing.
Technology
Software, data/analytics, cybersecurity, integrations, compliance infrastructure.
Business Development / Market Access / Introducers
Introducers, market access, government relations, fundraising support.
Who This Applies To
Minimum onboarding requirements
To be considered for onboarding, vendors must be able to demonstrate:
Verifiable existence and accountability

Legitimate legal identity (company registration or individual identification)

Defined operational footprint (coverage, team, capability)

Named accountable delivery lead
-
Verifiable references and relevant experience
Compliance readiness (as applicable)
Depending on category and jurisdiction, Mezzarion may require:

KYB/KYC verification and screening (including sanctions/PEP/adverse media checks)
-
Ownership transparency and governance disclosure
-
Licences/accreditations for regulated services (e.g., bonded storage, labs, clearing, security, certain finance-support functions)
Delivery discipline
Vendors must be able to operate under:

Defined deliverables and acceptance criteria
-
Structured reporting and evidence-based acceptance
-
Formal contracting, change control, and termination rights
Mezzarion does not engage vendors or intermediaries who require, propose, or imply:

Bribes, kickbacks, or “facilitation payments”
-
Hidden commissions or undisclosed conflicts of interest
-
Opaque fee routing, undocumented third-party payees, or cash arrangements
-
Vague promises of “access,” “relationships,” or “introductions” without measurable deliverables
-
Exclusivity or representation rights before capability is proven
-
Unauthorized use of Mezzarion name, logo, or implied affiliation
If your delivery model depends on any of the above, Mezzarion is not a fit.
Prohibited models

High scrutiny category: Business development & market access
Mezzarion treats business development, introducer, market access, government relations, and fundraising support proposals as high scrutiny.
Baseline expectations:

Mezzarion does not pay for “access” without defined deliverables.

New vendors in this category are typically considered pilot-first.

Any claim of representation requires explicit written authorisation (rare and CEO-only).
No vendor may:

claim partnership, representation, or affiliation,
-
use Mezzarion branding,
-
publish announcements implying association,
without written authorisation.
Unauthorised public association may result in rejection, termination, and legal escalation where warranted.
Brand use and public association
Official submission channel
All vendor submissions must be made through Mezzarion’s official onboarding channel.
If shortlisted, Mezzarion may request additional verification and schedule a capability call. Engagements proceed only under a formal written agreement and defined scope.
Important: We do not evaluate vendor proposals via informal messages. Incomplete or unverified submissions may not be reviewed.
