How we evaluate opportunities
To keep the experience simple for originators while preserving institutional discipline, we run a short external flow that maps to a full internal stage-gate.
The short version (3 steps):

Submit: basic facts + fit with our focus sectors

Verify: Minimum Proof Pack (rights, authority, ownership, liabilities)

Decide: indicative structure + diligence scope + execution pathway
Time discipline: if a Minimum Proof Pack cannot be provided within 10 business days of request, the file is paused until documentation is available.
Integrity note: undisclosed intermediaries, side fees, facilitation expectations, or material misrepresentation end the process immediately.
