Trade — Buyers

For refineries, manufacturers, traders, and end-users seeking regular supply.

Workflow
Buyer onboarding → KYB/KYC + sanctions screening → mandate fit review → allocation / pricing workflow (where eligible).

For asset owners and sponsors submitting mining assets, infrastructure, real estate, operating companies, or special situations for potential investment or structured financing.

Workflow
Intake → minimum proof pack screening → stage-gated diligence (data room) → investment decision routing.

Vendor onboarding → capability validation → compliance screening → approved vendor register (where applicable).

Supplier onboarding → evidence pack review → compliance + provenance checks → structuring / uplift workflow.

Hard rule
No onboarding pack = no NCNDA, no access, no payee eligibility.
Mezzarion uses Mezzarion-controlled documents and screening.

Workflow
MAP-0 onboarding → Mezzarion NCNDA/IMFPA (where applicable) → MAP-1 opportunity submission.

No cash settlement. No informal facilitation. No undisclosed intermediaries.
Submissions must follow the published process and minimum proof packs.
Additional verification may be required, including direct principal confirmation.
